With over two decades of extensive experience in the human resource sector, Ben has amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning the recruitment and talent acquisition industry sector, providing solutions across RPO design and delivery, team assembly, executive search, HR tech, M&A, and offshore BPO.

His deep understanding and experience of the sector provides unparallelled delivery standards when optimising team performance. Ben brings a unique perspective to the table with his boardroom experience and strategic insights consistently elevating organisational capabilities. Furthermore, his experience in M&A and offshore BPO adds a valuable layer of adaptability to dynamic business environments.
